Shipping Policy

Our fresh food is delivered only across Delhi NCR. Treats are delivered across India.

Shipping Charges:

Free shipping for all orders from Delhi, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh. Shipping charge of Rs. 50 on orders from other states. 

Delivery timelines:
All orders for Delhi/NCR will be delivered between 2-3 days from the order date. 

Outstation deliveries may take up to 5-7 days. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the number of items ordered. Your order may be delivered in separate shipments.

Storage instructions:
NOM fresh meal packets must be immediately stored in the freezer when you receive the delivery. As meals are completely preservative-free, the contents of the meal packets may alter in texture and property if not stored in the right manner.
 
If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 2 days from receipt of your order at care@nutsovermutts.com.
