All our products which come under the following categories are eligible for an exchange/return:
(1) Wrong Order
(2) Damaged Product
Please inform us within 48 hours of receipt of order, if any exchange has to be made. Raise a request on care@nutsovermutts.com with photos and details. Or call +91 9819002589.
Exchange/Return will not be accepted after 5 working days from delivery of order.
Pause Delivery
As a meals subscriber, you can pause your meals delivery. Please inform us 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery.

Refund
In the event that your dog does not eat the food, we will be happy to refund your money. Applicable for all first-time customers and trial meal packets.
No refund for orders (meals, treats, kibble enhancers, meal toppers, special needs meals, summer specials) that have already been consumed or damaged due to misuse/overuse by the customer.
All refunds are processed within 7 working days. We normally credit the money in your bank account or mode of payment used. Please raise a request on care@nutsovermutts.com or call +91 9819002589
Cancellation
In the event that you want to cancel your meals subscription in the middle or while it’s active, we would be happy to return the full amount related to undelivered meal packets.
