1. We use Cod fish as it is full of good fatty acids. We use the meat around the stomach; as it stores the maximum nutrients.
2. We make sure there are no thorns in the meal.
3. The fish is cooked gently to retain maximum nutrients. We steam it in a banana leaf for added flavor.
4. Vacuum sealed and Frozen for freshness. No leakage of smell.

Storage

1. The meal packets are to be stored in the freezer at all times.
2. Do not microwave the packet. Empty the contents in a bowl to microwave. Cool and serve.
3. It takes 30-45 mins, if you were to naturally thaw it.

You do not need to cook the food. Its ready to serve. Watch your baby lick their bowl clean :)
